As a Christian it deeply offends me that people would stoop this low. I don't agree with the gay lifestyle but I would never go up to somebody and tell them a person got what they deserved because of it.

Obviously they haven't read up on their Bible at all with those signs they put up.

If anybody needs prayed for it's these people who obviously aren't true followers or believers. They give the rest of the Christian community, like me, a bad name.

I agree with you.

One of the hazards of religion is that it is subjective; people have their own interpretation on the meaning of the Bible, the word of God and what they should do to serve Gods will.

Of course, this interpretation is often different from others, hence the existence of all the Christian denominations.

Comdine this with freedom of religious expression and its inevitable that crackpots like this come out of the woodwork, and make stunningly offensive and misguided statements.

Can you believe that these yahoos would drive from Kentucky, or whatever other baptist belt backwards ass inscest loving state, all the way up to Massachusetts, just to disrespect the dead soldiers?! Have they no better things to do?


Then again, they come from states that although have a higher percentage of "moral christians" also have a higher percentage of cheating, divorce, teenage pregnancy, ect.

Tell ya what, most of those people on Springer arent from the north, even if they do have more 'morals'.

I'm not really sure what they teach you in your northern schools but in mine they teach us things like bigotry and hypocrisy. And I'm not referring to the people in the south.

I apologize for my earlier southern-states bashing. I know that there are a lot of good people down in the hot states. I was just pretty angry and lashed out. With my fingers. Seriously, wtf is wrong with some folks. Isn't there actions against their teachings? I just find it amazing how so many continue to say that crap about God hates gays, God Hates you. hmmmm I don't know about you but I have yet to see God come and talk to me personally that he/she/it hates Gays or that he/she/it wrote the Bible. Even though the Bible is is a grouping of sayings brought down the ages by men, written (and rewritten) by men and has changed from its original writings, I doubt that it tells anyone to protest and distrupt a funeral of men that died serving their country which in the past gave them the opportunity to do such protest. It is so contradictory what they did, that its beyond me to understand such actions. To me its just the same as those anti abortion folks that got that Doctor killed. Its hipocracy and stupid, plain and simple.
