I think the only kit that claims smog legal is the Greddy one, but you better check with some Cali people to see if still falls in.

I think the reason the greddy is carb legal is because it has a closed loop wastegate rather than open like the other kits. BTW, I have th greddy certificates saved on my computer if you need 'em..of course only if you lost yours
