Question d15b vtech...d16 zc DOHC...d16zc SOHC vtech, which one?!?

i have a 95 ex coupe and i need to know which one of these motors will be best for turboing/maintenence. will a 1.6 liter be better than the 1.5?
these motors all pretty much have the same hp...around 130

d15b SOHC vtech- 8.8:1

d16zc DOHC(non vtech)- 9.1:1

d16zc SOHC vtech- 9.1:1

which one should i go with??

first, you have a OBD1 car so why do you wanna go through the trouble of dropping in OBDO stuff. I put a DOHC ZC in my 94 hatch, well it came with it but I got it running, and it took me lots of troubleshooting and time to get it to rev past its 3k safety fuel cut, and my end solution was a OBD B series dist. rotated 90 degrees with the plug wires positions rotated 90 degrees opposite way. this left me NO timing adjustment but it did run fine.
also the SOHC ZC doesnt have VTEC(no H, these arent phones). at least I havent seen a SOHC ZC VTEC.

I thought the ZC was fun to drive, but it in no way made the car quick, only ran a best of 16.6@88 I think it was. it was old and worn though, 1k mi later I was burning oil and blowing smoke like none other, so who knows what a clean good running engine could do. I do know we raced a B16 2nd gen teg vs a CRX with ZC and I/H/E and it was dead even. if I was you, instead of getting an OLDER engine than your car and then building it/boosting it, spend less money and get a B16A swap. youll be happier in the end I think, have a newer engine, and have spent less.
