cooling fan removal

Can anyone who has done this or who has a manual on a 95 Continental or similar run me through this? I need to replace a bad motor in my cooling fan assembly.

Does the fan assembly slide out the top or bottom? What else needs to be removed to get it out? Can I get just the driver's side motor out without removing the whole assembly?

Thanks
