How did everyone get here ????? I got here one day b/c some guy named Igor Imed me out of the blue and started talking to me and told me about this place called AF at first i was a little cautious b/c i didnt know who this guy was and why he was telling me . Soon after that i became a mod on Af and here i am
 I think it was meant for me to be here .....its kinda like my home ...all thanks to Igor

Well I got to this place throu supercars. I searched for a new home 'cause supercars was kind of @#%^ and after Shaman closed his forum to the wide world I came here with some doubts but meanwhile they are gone I think this place is and will rock also in the future:bandit:

Igor posted at carforums.com about this place, saying he was looking for mods. I e-mailed him, and soon the place opened.

I followed a link from G20.net

j/kSomeone told me about this place in another forum that I'm from. Trying to let more people know about this one. Has a lot of potential.

Like I've said before, I got here when I saw somebody's post in SHO. Long story short, I got really curious as to why this board was censored on SHO. A few minutes later, I'm here and registered as a new member.

What are all of the people from CF names? I've heard names from thier and that's where my story begins. I was surfing the net for some cars one day and then Carforums.com showed up, I clicked and then soon registered. I was unsure about message forums but tried it. After a while (Dec 2000) CF began to suck because it kept changing too fats (10 new Posts a Minute) and AF was being talked about by the others. I decided to go here cause it was new and it sounded more youth-oriented. I guess it is and I like it so much more than CF. I just want to be one of those guys someday who is a car god and has been at a forum since the start and has 8000 or so posts.

How did you find AF?
I couldn't remember for a long time... it came back to me recently.
I was searching the web for info on the Silvia Varietta (stupid Fresh Alloy!) and Yahoo gave me a link to igor's other site. There was a link to here from there. Smart guy, that igor; knows how to use the search engines! So how did you find AF? Were you refered by another member? |
