adjusting brakes

How do I adjust the front disc brakes on my 99 altima? I just replaced the rear brake shoes. you know how they have an adjustment where you turn it up or down and the brake shoes tighten or loosen? is there a way to do that on the front brakes? I think they may need to be tightend a little bit.

Re: adjusting brakes

No. Disc brakes are self adjusting because the piston in the caliper moves out as the brake pads wear. That is why you have to push the piston back into the caliper when you replace worn pads with new thicker pads. Your self adjusters won't automatically adjust the rear shoes to proper adjustment.

Thanks for the help. I was thinking they would self adjust earlier, but needed to be sure.
