Red face Radiator leaking

My 97 Burb with 119K miles started leaking coolant a few days ago, I traced it down to the fitting under the large hose on the top drivers side, on the plastic side tank of the radiator. It looks like it's where the trans lines hook up. Has anyone had this problem and I was wondering if I should try to tighten the fitting that goes in to the plastic tank?

I checked the trans fluid and it's fine, no coolant has found it's way in to the trans. But as of this morning, the leak has gotten worse and has actualy sprayed on to the washer fluid filler and the storage box that are both right next to the leak. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. THANKS!!
