Lisence suspension help

Ok a while back some dick cop gave me a ticket for "doing a burnout to show off". I got on the gas to avoid getting rearended or t-boned and my tire made a chirp. He pulled me over walked up to my car with his hand on his gun yealling "do you wanna go to jail kid". He wrote me a ticket for "driver spinning wheels". 55 dollars one point. I didnt contest the charges cause technicly i did spin my tire. Well then about a month after that me and my friends get a little fast with each other (drag racing, my 62 horse power crx vs. his mx6 carrying 5 guys) we reach about 50 and back off, we pull into my friends neboorhood (its 11 at night there are no kids out) and are racing around, our stereos loud, neon (man i sound like a ricer) and such. we pull into our friends driveway and whoop-whoop. Speed in excess of reason, he said he was doing 70 and we were pulling away from him, i garandamntee you a 62 horse power crx dont hit over 70 in less than quarter mile. He cut the fine down to 70 bucks and 1 point. I dont contest the charges, he let us off easy, we could have gone to jail that night. Well time for ticket number three. Im late for school and am doing 69 in a 45. 140 bucks and 2 points? i cant remember. Anyways so i have three tickets i thought you lisence gets suspended after 6 points so i dont care. I get a letter saying my lisence will be suspended as of 7-1-05. I thought 7 ment august. stupid stupid stupid. Late july im pulled over by some cops cause they had a report of kids doing drugs in a small black car... in the same area as where they spotted me. They pull me over at 2 in the morning, i almost missed my on ramp for I-81, so i swerve over and stop cause its a red light... the stupid ass cop following me came about an inch within my bumper. They take me out of the car handcuff me, search me. and throw me in the back of the cruzer. They wouldnt tell me why they had stopped me or why i was huncuffed in the back of a cop car. the tear every thing out of my car realize there is no drugs in it, pull it over to the side of the road, and on of the cops gets in the cruzier im in and takes me to mcdonalds to drop me off... i keep asking him where we are going, why im handcuffed.. instead he askes me why im out this late, what im doing all over the road and such. We finnaly stop at mcdonalds and he lets me out writes me a ticket for driving on a suspended lisence that i didnt know i had, and just drives off. So i was on a thirty day suspension at the time for having two tickets. Then i get a notice in the mail that my lisence is being suspended for 6 months, i asked for a hearing and havent gotten a responce, its been about 3 weeks since i sent the letter in. My question now that im done ranting is "Is there anyway i can avoid this 6month suspension, how do i get out of the driving on a suspended lisence" thanxs for tyaking the time to read theis

this should probably be in the Traffic Violation section. When did you get the notice that said you license was suspended. Usually when you get that letter is when your license is suspended and the date is when you can go get it re-instated.

Atleast thats how i had to do it a couple years ago. I honestly think you should learn to be a better driver and not get in those situations but at the same time i can understand because i did it when i was 16-17. Since my suspended license ive gotten maybe 2 tickets in the last 2 years.

Damn. I lost my license for 6.5 months after one ticket.

Oh, and there isn't a damn thing you can do, except suck it up and take your lashes. You get used to not driving after a while.

I don't think you can get out of the driving on a suspended liscense. I mean they told you when it would be suspended, you can't count and kept driving anyways and got pulled over driving with a suspended liscense...

So basicly there is nothing i can do. Sorry about no paragraghs, it was 4 in the morning i think? My crx is a shit box, i put neons in it to be funny, and try to add some appeal to my interior. They are interior neons, not exterior. Exteriors only belong on rice and show cars in my opinion. And i've been on a suspended lisence for two months... it's not as bad as i thought, i just dont want to miss out on cruzzing in my nova next summer. Is there anyway to cancle my hearing... i havent gotten a date for it yet. I want to serve it and get it over with. How deep of shit am i in on driving on a suspended lisence? Can't i get probation before judgement?

idk about all the legal stuff.. but look on the bright side

Maybe contact your DMV or the police, and ask them what you can do about getting it over and done with.

Although, they'll probably just shrug you off with the attitude that you fucked up, so why make it easier for you.

At least ask them if they have a date for the hearing.

i had 8 points twice and a DWI and i got suspended for 5 days, lol. sry to piss you off, but it shouldnt be suspended until you have your hearing at the MVA/DMV headquarters which is different from criminal hearing. anyway i took my brother's 3month old kid to the hearing and said it was mine and that i had full custody and had to drive to work and get food and shit for the kid. long story short, just bullshit to em. oh you can get a year in jail for driving on suspended.

And you can probably get REALLY fucked if they find out you lied to them.
