help to replace suspension bushings

I just got a prothane bushing kit, but I'm having problems to get the bolts of the controlarms out. is there any trick to get them out? the chilton manual only says thake the bolt out.

PB Blaster works real good for getting bolts out. Available at your local auto parts store.

Spray the bolts a few days before with the best penitrating oil you can get. You should have a good socket with a half inch power hammer. Best to you
