2003 Town Car

Hi, would anyone happen to know how to calibrate the exterior temperature gague on an 03 T/C ? Mine appears to be reading 4 or 5 degree's warmer than it's supposed to..

Also are the switches for the drivers side power seat controls supposed to be back lit when the lights are on?
