Unhappy 95 milly S problems.

Well I have a few problems with this blasted car.. lol
Transmission went out and got it fixed with a master rebuild kit from mazda.. Took the proper steps and miles for break in period. I noticed the car did this before the tranny went out last time months before it went out to be exact.
Most of the time without barely touching the gas the car will get up and haul butt.. Now if you were to floor it, it's extremely sluggish and seems like it bogs down. Dunno what would cause that??? Also in high rpm's before shift points only 1st to 2nd it clicks real loud before shifting???
also now it seems like the passenger side front tire clunks when u turn hard left or right or going into my driveway, any ideas? thanks
