$350 bucks for only 500 watts???????sounds like a rip off to me. you can fit some regular sized woofers in the spare tire space and get some decent subs for a good price. try and find something better for 350.00.

I wouldnt even think about buying one before I heard one -- but ive never liked Blaupunkt subwoofers, so I dont see why all of a sudden this woofer would be any differant.

And Ren, hes trying to save on weight... which is why he doesnt want "normal" subs -- but personally if you want that, why bother with subs? Just get a normal box and amp, screw the amp into the box... and when you go racing remove your 50lbs if it matters that much to you

actually im concerned about space more than wheight, tho i want to get into rally racing sumday, what kind of wheight distrobution does a 93civic 4door have? and how much would having an extra 50lbs (or however much an amp, 10" sub, and fiberglass box whieghs) in my trunk effect my handling?

ps. i scratchd the idea of saucer subs, too expensive, regardless of wheight ill get a reg. 10". i can always take it out if it'll mess my handling up a ton when i wanna race
