vibration from front end when acclerating

93 altima reacently started to have horrible idle surge. Its going to kill my engine. I thought it was the ignition coil so i changed the wire and it seems to work. Do you think this was the problem , or will it occur again due to a faulty icv?

It definatlly sounds like a motor mount issue. Maybe one of them is loose.
