Rough Idol With Check Engine

I have 2000 venture LS, rough idol with check engine, bank 2 and 3
misfire, some times at speed of 30 i feel rough drive and engine goes in
check engine light. I have spent lots of money for a new transmission
and major tune up, mechanic replaced plugs, wires, pvc, checked vaccum filters. still have same problem. please advise, Thanks

Well first off there is no code for bank 2 and 3 misfire..you must mean cylinder 2+3 misfire.
It is obvious that the mechanic you took your car too ripped you off because he did not know what he was doing.
A misfire is caused by either lack of spark, fuel or compression.
If the engine has good compression, I would move to spark then to fuel..on those engines the injectors can plug and cause misfire concerns like you describe..I would find a TECHNICIAN to diagnose and repair your vehicle then take your reciepts back to the guy who did the previous work and demand your money back.
