left or right handed?

hey mates,

I was thinking...I am left handed and I prefer to draw the closest point (where I start with) at the right side...so most of times my cars front side is at the right...do you all have that same thing?? (I think there will be a difference when you copy a picture...but if I should copy a picture and the front is at the left side...i mirror it hehe;-))

Re: left or right handed?

Well, I'm also left-handed and prefer to draw 3/4 view with the driver's side showing... although, about 40% of my drawings are fronm the other side. But as mentioned before, if my reference picture (or request) is from a different side I do it... unless, of course, I can invert it on the computer. Robo

I'm right handed when I draw on paper but a home accident years ago led to me being forced to use the mouse left handed so I draw on the computer left handed.

Funny thing is my wife can use either hand with the mouse as well as we used to have only 1 computer.

Re: Re: left or right handed?

Left handed here, I tend to just draw what feels most comfortable. I don't have a certain place i start, or end.

Re: left or right handed?

Righty. The only things my left is good for are eating and sports. I can draw a car from either angle but tend to draw showing the drivers side.
