Picked up the Enzo model...

Finally had time to go by and pick up the Enzo model I've been asked to build. Guess what was waiting for me in the shop when I got there?

Also got some paint for the build:

I'm really excited, I've never used Tamiya paints before and now it looks like I have a pretty good start. I start school Monday, so I won't really be able to dig into this one until I know how much time I can spend on it. I'll keep yall updated!

Awesome. I don't think you have enough cans of X-7 though......jk. I can't wait to see when you get some more pics of the 1:1 and the 1:24th.

Well I'm sorry you felt the need to use that language as well. The guy is VERY religious and gives God the credit for his fortune. This isn't a cheesy plastic fish this is a billet piece his mechanic made and painted to match the car exactly. He has a race team for pro-stock bikes and also baja cars that is called "God is Awesome." Just because you wouldnt' do something dont be so quick to judge others for their decisions.

Anyway, I wish you all the very best of luck with this build. Take your time and think ahead for every step. I know you'll build a fantastic model. And think, you are one of the only automodelers in the world who will get to use a REAL Enzo as reference material! Take advantage of this opportunity!

wow I like that second pic

I have yet to see a Enzo in real life

but looking at that pic, I can spot some details/curves/lines that Tamiya got soft with.

Hmmm...with that, and that, maybe he's a televangelist. I hear they got oodles of them out thar in Texas. I also don't agree with the jesus fish. It is an angry symbol anymore to me. He should have went and thought about a better personalized lisence plate..Like [GDPWNZME]
