Color of Auto Trans Fluid, Problem???

I have an 03 Camry with auto trans and the fluid is getting dark. It has almost 26,000 miles on it and I'm wondering if I should risk waiting for the 30,000 mile service or change it out now. Is color a valid indicator? Thanks.

Re: Color of Auto Trans Fluid, Problem???

It's normal for the fluid to get darker with age. Not a problem. Just change it at 30k miles as recommended.
