'94 Sierra Grinding Noise

I am hearing an uneven grinding noise (think when you are having your rotors turned) that seems to follow the speed of my front wheels for a short peroid of time after i hit a bump or am driving over some rough terrain. I've replaced my pads as well as gotten my rotors turned. Could it be a wheel bearing? Thanks for the help.

Maybe a rock stuck in the splash guard?
