my 99 civic with auto transmission briefly hesitates at 55 mph

when was the last time you changed your trans. fluid? I have a 2000 civic with an auto, and you probably agree with me when i say they are not the smoothest shifting cars out there

I changed the transmission fluid at 85k, and I now have 129K, no they are not the smoothest shifting cars.
