Hey wuts up Im a proud Mustang dirver, even tho it is a 2002 V6 auto dont laugh, its my first car, im paying for it all by myself no help from ma or pa. My friend just recently bought a neon sxt (or whatever they are called) I want to race him, but also want to win how quick are the american made rice burners help is appreciated!!!

i have the same exact car and its my first car. and the neon is a srt-4 and i think there times are around 0-60 in mid 5's and the 1/4 mile in the low 14's. ur car is about 0-60 in low 8's and the 1/4 mile in low/mid 16's. ur pretty much fucked if its a srt-4. r u gonna mod ur engine at all?

Well I hope your arent mistaking it for a SRT cause if u are ur pretty screwd.BUT there is a SXT Neon. And if this is the case, youll role him up like a joint and smoke him.They are running high 16's.

So unless he gots stuff in his car ur ok. But why race him?

The NEON will win........ the SRT-4's are nearly as fast as a stock 99~04 Mustang GT.

Yea, hes right. Not all of them even have alloy wheels, most are hubcaps. It is the sporty version of the basic strip down car.

Yep..They just slap a sticker sayinsg "SXT" to make it look better, and therefore sell more. Then they put something(what would cost us about 500 bucks) in the car and sell it for 1000 more..SMART!
