push button ignition

would it be difficult to hook up a button for the ignition i have a problem with losing my keys. does anybody have a link or a diagram for this. thanx. my car is not a daily driver and sits in the garage so yes i know about the security issues.

much simpler to put an "idiot string", like mittens have, on your keys. Also this would make getting into the house easier.

but the key must be in the on position, but, i mean come on. Is it really that difficult to keep a hold of your keys?

i would like to have a totally keyless car. already have some ideas. love the mittens idea if i was five and slighty retarded.
