Tranny Problems

Hey, I have A 97 3.5L Intrepid, it just started this like a couple of weeks ago. For some odd reason, it just stays in either 1st or 2nd. Even if you put it in 3 or L. but in OD it will slip ocasionally near 2.5-3K rpms. The Tranny fluid is good, same with the oil.
Could it be a problem will the Ecu or somthing?
Im not quite sure what the problem is, but my car has 250000Kms.
Also very well mantained.
Im thinking it might be the torque convert, because it feels as like the power isn't goin to the tires, but the power is there. Also you can't take off as fast, an not able to brakestance[burnout].
If anyone has this problem and knows how to fix it can you please tell me.

Re: Tranny Problems

when was the last time you had a fluid change out? Chances are, if you didn't use Mopar ATF +4, that's why your transmission is acting screwy.
