will not start

To begin with this is my first post and hopefully the only one where I have the problem.I just bought a '94 camaro with the 3.4 sfi engine,it turns over but will not start, the guy that I bought it from said that it needed a new ecm-wrong-power.using my haynes manual I checked everything that I could concerning the ignition.I don't hear the fuel pump when I turn on the switch, the manual says that the fuse is in the passenger compartment fuse panel which I can't find.is there anyone that could help?this generation of camaro is driving me crazy.

Re: will not start

The fuses are under the hood in a box, and there are some behind a panel that butts up against the drivers door when it's closed. If you still can't find it let me know and I'll see if I can help more.

Re: will not start

was on wrong track maybe, went to the source that the guy i bought it from bought it,he said that they checked or replaced everything except sensors(frustration) I'm starting with the camshaft sensor-is this a viable option? it is getting good fuel pressure
