won't start

hi, i'm new to this forum and i need help. My '03 v6 alero, all of a sudden this morning after filling up the tank would not start! Tried to boost the car but no luck. when i turn the ignition there is just clicking. checked fuse box under hood.. seem fine. I did notice that when i had my hazards on the lights on the radio were flashing right along with hazards. the battery shoes green fluid .. so i was told battery should be fine. This is the first time it has happened...would crank a little in the past , but would start after a few second. please help. nything would help.

Just buy another battery and clean the terminals really really good..
