You certainly have a problem, and that dealer certainly hasn't helped you. However, you certainly haven't done your best to resolve the issue.

1. Take it to a different infiniti dealer.
2. Take it to a nissan dealer. (sometimes this will work, I know toyota dealers will service lexus cars)
3. Take it to an independent mechanic.
4. Complain to the BBB.

Now get moving.

08-19-2005: I have initiated a request for Arbitration with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB will hear both sides and issue a ruling that is binding on Infiniti if I accept it. Their ruling is not binding on me. Colorado Law requires BBB Arbitration before I can sue using the provisions of the Colorado Lemon Law.


If Arbitration fails, my next step will be to retain a Lemon Law Attorney and sue Infiniti for relief using the provisions of the Colorado Lemon Law and/or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and/or The Uniform Commercial Code, whichever my attorney believes has the best chance of success.



Good luck buddy, you really got screwed. I mean, if it's affected your health, time for them to do something. But on the other side, the moment is starts affecting health, youll have a harder time getting them to admit fault, in case you sue for more.

Which is why it's in Infiniti's best interest to settle NOW with a simple buyback BEFORE we get to a court room.
