Smile Thankful newbies

Hello, my husband and I are new to this forum. We have encountered some troubles with our 2001 sonata and after finding the problem was a crank shaft position sensor I decided to come on-line and look it up. The first forum posting was, if you can believe it, about the very same part we need to replace. Initally we were thinking that we would have to drop the engine and do a bunch of **** but thanks to the messages left back and forth, we found it will be a bit easier than we thought. I am looking forward to being able to leave questions and get knowledgable answers instead of having to run off to a dealership and pay the astronomical prices that they feel they need to charge. Thank you for having such a web site and thank you to all you knowledgable men (and WOMEN) for being members of such a good thing.
