Talking B20 block B17 help...

is there anyone that has a swap guide for this and has anyone done it yet on this forum. I want to know hp/torque anyone that can help please do

ya the cr-vtec i like really wanna know how to do it and also the b16? in a v tec del sol im defenitely gettin that real soon and i wanna know if it bolts right up and if i need anything else other than the engine and tranny? Also is there a huge aftermarket parts capability for both or either swaps?
