'94 Voyager / Engine won't start / Code 11

Hi,

bought a '94 Voyager over here in Germany a few days ago, it ran fine for 2 days, and today while driving the engine just went out and I had to be towed home.....engine won't start anymore...

I got a code 11...crankshaft or cam sensor, or timing chain, or bad hall effect....is there any way to check the sensors ? Don't want to replace them without knowing if they are faulty, about 220$ here in Germany for both of 'em.

Have to check if there's spark at the plugs, don't know yet. Fuel pump is running, fuel is at the rail.

Could it be an entirely different problem, like ignition coil or PCM or something else ?

Yesterday I replaced the water pump, oil pan gasket, oil filter, air filter, belt...is it possible that I have somehow damaged the sensors with these repairs ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Edit: I've checked both sensors with a multimeter, with ignition on both sensors have 8.9 volts on the red wire, ground is ok too. When cranking, the voltage on the output wire of the crankshaft sensors stays at exactly 5.0 V, and the voltage of the cam sensor drops to 0.0 V. Is that ok ?
