1977 Mgb

I am looking at a completly stock 1977 MGB in great condition even so some times stock parts are not that good can someone help me with info on what should be replaced with aftermarket parts?

Victoria British
Proper MG
ebay.com
Your local parts store (try them first)

If you need them:
bushings
alternator (mgbexperience.com mentions using a Bosch Ford Fiesta alternator or one from a Saturn)

Did you want to modify your car?
Mine is a stock '78 and drives great. I use good quality replacement parts obtained from a variety of sources. No different than the way I maintain my Toyota and Ford.
