Windstar Non Starts and Electrical Spikes

Hello All:

I live in the DC area and my wife drives our Windstar transporting our three kids to their various activities. Over the last 6 months the car has had period of non starts (no power what so ever-the starter does not turn over)... I replaced the Battery, Alternator and ignition systems.....

Recently the interior gauges (speed, tach, water temp and fuel),,,shift up and down uncontrollably..... and the indicator gauges (door, ABS, check engine and others) pop on and off......

THe turn signals frequently do not indicate that they are actvie, however, the exterior signals and lights are working.... all interior lights and radio work.....

Dealership could ot isolate the problem ..... I took it to workl today and of course it would not start tonight.... I have been able to jump it in the past but tongith, it did not work at all.....

While I am here waiting for AAA to tow it, I am in desperate need of suggestions......and shooting it is not an option......as after market items, I did have a DVD and VHS player installed.....
