Does it only make the clicking when going overa bump or does it do it when driving at low speeds. Could be a CV Joint a U Joint or a differential noise. If it only happens when you hit a bump could be a ball joint tie rod steering stablizer that is broke or a shock. probally have to Jack up the front end with the wheels off the ground and turn the wheels by hand and see if you csn tell where the noise is comming from.
If nothing place some jack stands under the Jeep and have a good look around. |

If the hoist is one that has the tires free, try turning the front wheels in neutral. Sometimes the CV joint will make a clicking and the side gear in the Diff at low speeds.
