Question Top Fuel motor

Does anyone know where I can find a 1:25 scale modern T/F motor? I'm sure I saw a site with a resin one on, but I can't find it anymore. Any sites selling general drag racing detail supplies would also be good. Being based in the UK we don't have any specialists over here!

Re: Top Fuel motor

try and find a revell top fuel dragster kit. They can be had on ebay for 5-20 dollars us. being across the pond, I'm not sure how many will be willing to ship your way. as fro aftermarket parts look at model car garage, competition resins, top end miniatures, and perrys resin. top end miniatures is geared more toward pro mod builds, but the others have modern items, such as all of the blast hardware, 3 port carbon fiber blower hats and the like.

www.perrysresin.com
www.topendminiatures.com
www.modelcargarage.com

you'll have to google competition resins, I dont have their link. You might also have a look through the slixx decal site, again you'll have to google it. I know slixx carries competition resin peices.

Re: Top Fuel motor

Cheers guys, I think a Revell kit it is, should be able to find some one who can ship to the UK, most companies seem pretty good! I'll probably detail it up and then resin cast it myself as I need a couple of them and I don't want to trash a whole kit just for the motor! Looks like there's lot's of nice dress up kits available as well. I haven't built a dragster ibn years so this will be fun. Just a shame I won't be done in time for the competition.
