Rite now i got a freaking headache.2 days of talking to tech people and i got nowhere.On downstairs computer its gonna be wired 10/100.I went out and got a second 10/100 but am now told i dont need one.So she told me for my Linksys WRT54g that i have to run the blue wire from the modem to the main slot on the router.Then the old gray cable goes from the port 1 to the original 10/100.I got the 168.1. whatever but it wont let me configure router because no signal.I only get internet on this computer if the wire goes from 10/100 directly to the modem.I dont see how to wire it from modem to router.She told me to wire it computer to router then blue wire to modem.

Now upstairs different story.I think new computer is screwed up from installing uninstalling the software for the usb adapter so many times that in system restore it sends a message to the monitor no signal input.Yesterday i had the message connected to access point but not to the internet.I believe tonite using the 2nd10/100 i would have had internet but could not connect to the access point.She told me to uninstall it but i cant because it cant find the drivers hence why i think its messed up.Im getting to the point that im gonna break out the 150 to have it done becuz of massive headache that has ensued from this and then if i have it installed they can transfer my files upstairs.

So pretty much i believe the problem to lie with routing it from wired computer main downstairs.I can not for the life of me find the rite order of wires on how to hook them up to get it to route.

Okay this is probably about to turn into the hate blazee thread, but.....

I just saw a preview for the 9-11 special on discovery channel. Am I the only one that is embarrassed by this? It took 40 "brave americans" to overpower 2 guys with box openers.... and then with the experience, skills and intelligence of 40 people, they couldn't land the plane and ended up crashing it in the woods..... come on, this isn't something to be proud of.

I saw a show on 9/11 on a Discovery digital cable and it said something about this too/Like it said they had a big battle for the plane but even 40 guys they couldnt overpower them and only 1 reached the cockpit and then the sandrat said allah akbar or praise to god in our speak and down she went.I was like wtf your telling me 40 Americans and a couple sand rats and we could not over power these sand rats and put the plane on autopilot.Something not rite there/



Side not i got router configured waiting for linksys to send me a registry cleaner then i should be online upstairs/Everyone pray for me that it works/

The title of the song has nothing to do with what your thinking of.It is about sand people and blowing them all away.So take your thoughts of me calling african americans/canadiens that out of your mind.I know that the song title mite be referred to as racist but to understand the song you must listen to it.

Side note, my email is all screwed with 2 different computers having 4 different accounts so responses will be varied in time and lenght till i get this networking under control.

It is still racist. There are a lot more races to offend than just blacks. Calling people from the middle east "sand niggers" is still making fun of their race, which is racist. Hell I'm a honkey (white guy) from the south and even my cracker ass knows that.
