Steering noise problem

2002 Grand Cherokee Laredo stock.

Whenever i turn to the right, i hear a sound like the belts are slipping, but it doesn't do it if i turn left. Should i get it serviced or is it normal?

SOUNDS LIKE THE BELT NEEDS ADJUSTING, TRY THAT FIRST, IT MAY WANT A NEW BELT IF THAT DOSENT GET RID OF IT, BUT I`M SURE IT WILL.
