Heat shield air intake???

I was so frustrated looking for heat shield air intake for my 325i 1989. I found some but they are all junks because the air box area and the engine bay have the same temperature. THis means that the heat shield does not do his job right? I think car that has been souped up really need this heat shield. So does the slow car for the city. CHeck this out! signature motoring comes with a brilliant idea. It is a steel heat shield. I been using it for the past 1 week and my car run more powerful and I know this kind of freeky but after I turn off the engine I put my hand around the air intake sytem and around the engine bay and I can feel the temperature in the air intake system is way cooler than the engine bay area. See!!! this is what I am saying! that is the real heat shield. I had heat shield that I bought from electrodyne for over 200 dollar. Can you believe this? signature motoring that has work heat shield only cost me for around 100 dollar. Big different hah!!!! Oh yah if you their number. This is it: 1-800-526-1744
Friendly service and accurate. you can also send your engine bay picture to get an accurate heat shield!!!!!
