does this sound like a battery problem?
I have a 99 Alero and for a couple of weeks now it is hit and miss with it starting. I turned the key and it just goes dead. We fiddled under the hood and if you jiggle the wires to the battery it might start, it might not. It seems you have to jiggle it just right for it to start. Someitmes it will start with no problems but other times I have to jiggle the wire from the positive side a coupld of times. Does my car need a new battery or is it the wire?? Any help please!!

Quote:
You can have the battery load tested at places like Autozone for free. It will either pass or fail. Good luck!
