Rear Wheel-bearing

I have some noise coming from rear wheels of my car. Brakepads and shoes, incl new discs are OK. Therefor I think my bearings should be replaced. Anyone have a drawing (links?) for the rear wheel bearings for 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager? Wondering how to dismantle ABS-sensorwheel etc.
