Turbo Questions...

As you all know im pieceing together my turbo kit as of now.

1.)I was wondering what pieces ill need for putting all my IC piping together by that i mean like(4 of 45 degree 2.5"I.D. at 6 inches long and 2 of...)?

2.) Do you guys recommend welding each piece of piping instead of just using couplers?

3.) Intercooler brackets how and where will I mount them and what do you make them out of or buy them?

Thats what it looks like no flanges above the Endtanks or anything. Its a 17 x 6 x 3 core BTW.

Thank You

Re: Turbo Questions...

and unless you really do know how to weld, a blown weld will make you cry more than a blown coupling

Re: Turbo Questions...

Also, the couplings will allow for engine movement.

Re: Turbo Questions...

I think you should make as few couplings as possible, would be best to use it only: TB to IC, IC to turbo outlet. All you need really.
Everyone is collecting parts for turbo kits right now lol, by the way I already have a SAAB T3 turbo. Most likely my civic isn'y going to get to taste the boost, but still might.
