Indian hillclimber

Hi everyone,
It's been awhile since I posted anything so here's something auto related. It's an early Indian motorcycle hillclimber. It's about 12x14 done on Stonehenge paper with Prismacolor pencils. From start to finish it takes about 35-40 hours, that's from the initial sketch, transfering to the Stonehenge and then laying in the colors. Enjoy

Re: Indian hillclimber

Amazing work! Very nice detail. Do you use the smoother or rougher side of the paper? I can't seem to do grass very well with the rough side.

Hi Alex,
I generally use the smooth side but honestly sometimes it's really hard to tell. I will take a small cutting from a full sheet and do some practice work on it to see what side works best.
