Please Help,
I have a 1996 Jimmy that is not getting fuel in the throttle body. The fuel pump works it does build pressure and I change the filter. It will turn over but will not start. However if I pour gas into the throttle body then it will start. Any Suggestion???? |

Test the fuel pressure at the test port on back of the plenum. Should be between 55 and 60 psi with the key in the run position (without the truck started). If it's not, you either have a weak fuel pump or your regulator is shot or one of your injectors have taken a shit.
