i dont know what is wrong

i have a 90 lebaron and it just has problems. for the frist one the headlight motor is broken i think. the headlight flap is stuck down and wont come up. and when i start it it cranks and cracks for about 10 to 15 secs then it starts then it dies then you have to start it agian and it will be fine sometimes. or when it is cranking i give it some gas then it will start then die again i dont know what the problem is. and my mom was driving it and she said it died on her. i changed the spark plugs and the fuel fitler and i did a oil change and nothing has changed. oh the tach stops and starts working on the car to sometimes. and the volt gauges goes up and down randomly. does anybody have any ideas on this. i did to get this fix school and winter is coming soon thanks for your time

Well, it sounds like your fuel pump has gone bad, check and see if the fuel pump runs.
