97 trooper power steering fan belt help

I have a 1997 trooper but could only find a Chiltons for 1996.

Trying to replace the power steering fan belt, easily found and loosened the sliding adjuster bolt on the side. Chiltons says to then loosen the 'pivot bolt', but provides no diagram. It's not intuitively obvious which bolt is the pivot bolt to me, does anyone know where to find it (or even if it exists on the 1997)?
