1995 Intrepid- Code 32
I have a code 32 in my 1995 Intrpid which reads as a FAULT IN THE EGR DIAGNOSTICS.
Can anyone help with the possible cause of this fault. The engine is a 3.3 litre. Thanks.

It is the EGR solenoid,the plastic part.Only way to get that is from the dealer,EGR solenoid and EGR solenoid together and is about $150.00.Go to an auto salvage yard and get the EGR solenoid off any Chrysler engine if you want to go the cheap way and will fit.I have done this and cured it every time.

I agree the solenoid is usually the culprit but you also may want to check the operation of the EGR valve too to make sure it is functiong also before just replacing the solenoid.
