horn help... and firewall access!

My '91 Park Avenue's horn is kaput... the horn itself works: hot wired off the battery, and found the "horn" fuse under the passenger's dash side, which is also fine. I read here in the forums about a relay... haven't checked that yet (too dark out at the moment) and the switches in the steering wheel seem ok... the outer parts are always a bit loose but the connections seem to be good... don't want to mess with pulling the steering wheel, etc. with the air bag! If I can't get it fixed, it's plan b:

rigging up a switch inside the car to the horn, but, does anyone know WHERE an "easy" place is to wire through the firewall? Looked last night, and things look tight, tight and solidly sealed, which is probably a good thing, but would love to know where I could run a wire through my firewall if I can't get my horn fixed decently.

Thanks for the helpful forum!

(No, my PA isn't my "musclecar" but it has to be for now!)

You need to find the relay to see if it's getting low amperage current from the steering wheel buttons when they're pushed. The 93 PA has the relay above the motor in the MaxiCenter with other relays that are the same type for many of them. On the 93 PA and LeSabre it's the 2nd from the passenger side. This setup has two groups of four relays in the Relay center on the firewall.

Does someone know the location of the relay for the 91 PA?
