1991 Trooper II Alternator / Power Draining Issues
My name is John and I recently was given my grandfather's 1991 Trooper II. It is a i4 and 4WD.
Ever since I recieved it, I have had problems with the battery draining. I have tried to replace the alternator with a new one, but it won't start. I took the alternator back and the Autozone folks tested it, and it worked fine. The battery has been replaced twice. I have had two guys take a look at it and neither have helped.
Has anyone else had any problems with the Trooper's electrical system?
