ok i know for running a big 16 g turbo you'll get about 20-25 psi and you want to run about a 34- 38 waste gate corect anything bigger you loose boost. so what about a header the bigger the header the faster the spool right ? If I understand what your talking about correctly, I would still suggest a factory 2g, Evo, or one of those new fangeled SBR exhaust manifolds. There is no reason for anything fancy on a 16g setup.
I wouldn't worry about the spool in regards to the turbo in question.

man... i forgot, but why is the 2g exhaust manifold better than the 1g exhuast mani?

Bigger runners = more flow...just like the 1g throtle body, head, and intake manifold are better than the 2g's....easier flow for the air you are pulling with your turbo. Gains will be minimal with a fancy $500 manifold on a 16g; its a small turbo. Bigger is not always better.... 65 trim on a streeted car is usually over the top with your spool so late.
VFAQ has some photos comparing various parts in the 1g and 2g, eg throttle body, mani etc etc...
