2001 4.6L F-150, Any power adders?
Hi all,
I own a 2001 4.6 liter F-150 SuperCrew. I would really like to get some more power out of this motor. Before I go any further, I know I should have gotton the 5.4 liter, but I got a pretty good deal on my truck and decided to go with it. I have put a cold air intake on the motor, but have done nothing else. Is there anything out there for me?
