mow much $

how much is a 71 thunder bird worth. my uncle owns it and has offered me the drive train for my 71 mustang. what i wanted to know is how much would the car be worth restored. i don't know how many miles are on it but i do know its been sitting for at least 8 years. 4 years ago the motor ran. that was the last time it was started. the bodys in good shape. theres some spots around the wheels thats rusting a little but thats easy to fix. other then that the car needs a new paint job and the passager side exhaust manifold has a crack in it. it has the 429 thunder jet i think. it also is an automatic tranny with i'm guessing a C4. don't know about the rear and inside of its not to bad other then a little fadeing. would this car be worth it or just use it for parts? i'd be getting the car for free as well as anything i wanted from the car.
