95 S-10 4.3 vortec surge

I have a 95 S-10 with a 4.3 vortec cpi. The truck surges when cold, but runs great when up to temp. No check engine light. Have cleaned the EGR and the intake. New mass airflow sensor. But still does it.. Any ideas???

I would try to reset the computer by pulling the EMC fuses or disconnecting the battery for a few min. and see if in clears up. yor computer can remember old settings from the old parts you replaced.

How long has the motor been in? You might have to tightin up the throtle body to the intake. When its cold it would be loose letting air suck under it at the gasket. When its warm everything will tighten up due to heat exspansion. An old trick I have used to check for a base or intake leak is to use a propane torch and unscrew the flame tip. I will put a piece of rubber hose over the tube end, With the motor running I crack the valve on the torch and take the end of the rubber hose and guild it over the gasket edges. If the RPMs kick up you know you found your intake leak.
