I have a similar question...

My Integra is a daily driver but I was interested in getting a smaller diameter steering wheel. Since it has to have an airbag (by law ) would it be possible to get a wheel from an RSX and install into a 98 teg?

If the steering hubs are compatible I'm sure wiring issues could be resolved. Does anyone know if they are?

I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap but I'm sure you could recoup some of the cost by selling your original (with airbag intact).
